The story of ADM a.s. and its innovative products, Dentapreg® and Fibrafill®, traces back to an unexpected beginning in Communist Czechoslovakia. In the 1970s, two childhood friends, Josef Jancar and Zbynek Sedivy, met while playing together in a sandbox. Years later, after the Velvet Revolution and the fall of communism, the two friends finally had the freedom to pursue their dreams. Zbynek Sedivy, an engineer, played a key role in transitioning the Czech aviation industry toward a Western-oriented business model. Meanwhile, Josef Jancar, a physical chemist, focused on material science in medicine, conducting research as a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Connecticut.

In 1995, the two reunited to pursue their professional interests and founded ADM a.s. (Advanced Dental Materials). Driven by a shared vision, they began exploring advanced composite materials for dentistry. After years of research and development, Dentapreg® was launched in 2004 as the first generation of their composite products.

Today, ADM a.s. serves leading dentists worldwide, with its Dentapreg® and Fibrafill® product lines supporting dental treatments across the globe.
